Economical = Pondicherry

Yesterday we had been to Cuddalore for a marriage function via Pondicherry. We took the Thoraipakkam route which joins ECR and then just shot straight...real good road I should say....

We visited Aurobindo Ashram (Aravindar) at Pondicherry but we were not allowed inside the ashram.....we were just taken to the spot where she was laid.....i believe visitors are allowed inside the ashram only on Feb 21st (Annai's birthday)......we had been to the beach too...Pondicherry was cheap no matter what u buy....alcohol, wine, etc differs to Rs. 500 - 750.......even Petrol charges differs around Rs. 7 / litre as compared to Chennai. It was Rs. 45.50 / litre. Now isn't that really a big difference.....Deciding to visit Pondicherry every month just to fill up our car!!!
